EZ Grout Corp., the maker of the Mud Hog and Grout Hog, has added a new product line, the Mud Hog Refractory/Precast Mixer; RMHE29, RMHE20, RMH10.
The Mud Hog RMHE29 or the "Big Mixer" was developed with a 2,000-pound. refractory capacity or 27 cubic feet., 40 horsepower (hp), three-phase. electric motor, and a 60-gallon hydraulic reserve.
The Mud Hog Refractory/Precast Mixer was built with a hydraulic drive and dump with an adjustable height that can be adapted to load below the waist and to dump high into a pump or delivery bucket. Six masticated rubber blades are used to provide longer wear, as well as to decrease batch time, making it great for bulk bags. The fork pockets are accessible on all sides for easier portability.
The Mud Hog RMHE20 has a 1,000-pound refractory capacity and the Mud Hog RMH10 has a 500-pound. capacity respectively. Like their big brother, the smaller siblings also have hydraulic drive and dump and are great for bulk bags on the jobsite. The Mud Hog RMH10 comes with a 10hp single- or three-phase electric motor or 13hp Honda engine and can mix up to ¾-inch aggregate. The Mud Hog Refractory/Precast Mixers are perfect for small batches and for low slump mixes.
