Tilt-Con completes 4 projects, begins work on 5 new ones

Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Tilt-Con, one of the nation's largest tilt-up concrete constructors, has just recently completed Beacon Lakes Buildings 6 and 10, located in Miami.

This 404,744-square-foot project was a light industrial warehouse and had an extremely tight schedule. Codina Construction is the general contractor on the project, which was designed by Retzsch, Canao and Caycedo Architects.

Tilt-Con has also recently completed three other Florida projects: Morgan Professional Park, Safeguard Design District and Osceola Elementary School G.

Morgan Professional Park, located in Coconut Creek, is a 41,652-square-foot office and warehouse building. The project is one story with five buildings that surround a courtyard. Tilt-Con was chosen for this project by Butters Construction because of our expertise in coordinating and building the five individual buildings simultaneously.

Tilt-Con completed the foundations, slab-on-grade and concrete panels. Morgan Professional Park was designed by Pasquale Kuritzy.

Safeguard Design District is a 79,542-square-foot building designed by Kenneth R. Carlson Architect, Penn. Located in Miami, this project was built due to the increasing demand of storage because of house growth. Tilt-Con was chosen by Itasca Construction to build this four-story storage.

Osceola Elementary School G is an 119,600-square-foot, two-story building, located in Kissimmee. Tilt-Con was chosen by W.G. Mills Inc. This project was designed by SchenkelShultz Architecture.
