Seretta Construction Inc., concrete tilt-up contractor for Southridge II in the Southridge Business Park in Orlando, Fla., will finish the 39,616-square-foot building this month.

Work for EastGroup Properties included the foundation, slab on grade, tilt-up concrete panels, paving and sidewalks.

Seretta Construction Inc. has also been appointed as the concrete tilt-up contractor for Pioneer Growers located in Belle Glade, Fla. for Edwards Construction.

Seretta's scope of work for the 33,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and warehouse includes the foundation, slab on grade, insulated tilt-up panels, paving and mezzanines. Seretta's portion of the project will begin this month

Seretta Construction Mid-Atlantic LLC has been appointed as the concrete contractor for Extreme Ice .in Indian Trail, N.C. for S.C. Hondros and Associates Inc.

Work for the 55,400-square-foot building includes the foundation, slab on grade and mezzanines.

Seretta began work in November and is scheduled for completion in February.
